In Wedding Photography

As a Perthshire Wedding Photographer, I am lucky enough to get asked to photograph all sorts of interesting Weddings but very few will beat or even come close to this one. When the Bride pops into a digger and starts driving it in her Wedding Dress, you know its going to be a good one.

Suzanne and Steven chose to hold their Wedding Day in a marquee in the grounds of their lovely house just outside Blairgowrie so I started off there with Suzanne while she as getting ready, make up skills by Kirsty Macpherson who I work with a lot. It was also good to work with fellow Tayside Wedding Collective member Chauffeurs of Carnoustie as well as Colin from Cam Media

Suzanne and Stevens new house is lovely and bright so it was not difficult to find places to photograph her or her dress. The service was help in Caputh Church and a lovely service by Peggy who works in many country Churches round Blairgowrie. Pretty soon it was over and time to head off.

Suzanne said to me at our planning meeting, I dont want any grave stones in any of my Wedding Pictures, so what did I do – took them to an abandoned ruined Church and had to photoshop out grave stones – I think the work was worth it. Another quick stop by Clunie Loch for a couple of shots then back to the house to play with diggers

We were so lucky with the weather, all in all it was a great day and I was absolutely delighted to be asked to record it
