I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Monica and Matt’s gorgeous wedding at the enchanting McArthur Manor in Blairgowrie! I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting—or a more amazing couple—to work with.
Just five minutes from my doorstep, McArthur Manor is one of those places that feels like a hidden gem, tucked in a slice of Scottish heaven. This venue really has it all: elegant spaces indoors, scenic backdrops outside, and some of the most incredible landscapes in Perthshire. Not to mention, Monica and Matt’s big day was blessed with perfect weather, which highlighted the lush surroundings in the best possible way.
One of the highlights? Highland cows! 🐄 Yes, Monica and Matt had the best little photo-op with these adorable locals, making their wedding album one-of-a-kind and so uniquely Scottish. It was a blast capturing that moment (who doesn’t love a coo photobomb?)!
As a wedding photographer, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. McArthur Manor combines both elegance and rustic charm, giving so many options for both grand and intimate shots. Plus, being only a quick drive from my own house means I know all the best photo spots nearby to make each couple’s album extra special.
