Rescheduled Winter Forbes of Kingennie Wedding

There was a lot of Forbes at the Wedding, me - obviously :-) , Karen (Bride) also a Forbes, Venue - Forbes of Kingennie and a previous bride of mine - also a Forbes so it was always set to be a good day.

Twice rescheduled, Karen and Craig were determined that this time the Wedding was going ahead - roll on Storm Arwyn, as a result access to Kingennie was blocked by fallen trees, not just one access road but two - the third being a bit of a drive. To get to the Wedding I had to drive across a farmers field but there was no way I was missing this day after all Craig and Karen has been through.

I found Karen getting ready with the help of Carol Paterson who was doing her thing, the guests had started to arrive as the roads had been cleared so things were looking up. Soon it was time for the service conducted by Val from Angus Council registrars then outside for a quick group photo by the ponds and then Karen and Craig were happy to spend some time outside doing photos which was great because it was freezing

The speeches were really good, Karens Mum made a really moving speech. Soon the DJ rolled up and the part started
