If you are looking for a Perth Wedding Photographer then this page might just help

A wedding with a dog, a brides man, lots of tears, tug of war and a beautiful country house hotel – my ideal day out.

The beautiful Ballathie house is right on my doorstep, I know the staff well and love working here – the food is to die for

I kicked off with Kerry in her room where Kirsty Macpherson make up   was doing her thing, Kirsty and I seem to meet in hotel bedrooms on Saturdays quite frequently! The day was calm, unusually so actually which can be a worry sometimes but not today. Kerry had unusually chosen a brides maid and a brides man to help her, it’s not unheard of but quite unusual. The hotel was looking beautiful and the weather was fantastic, the recipe for a great day. Soon it was time for the service to begin, despite the weather the service was inside in the beautiful drawing room of Ballathie. A lovely Humanist service full of laughter.

A quick group photo from an upstairs room then it was onto family photos followed by photos of Kerry and Tim round the lovely grounds, there are so many beautiful spots to go to we just didn’t have enough time to cover them all before dinner was called.

The speeches were good, just the right length, quite funny and everyone enjoyed them, benefit of a place like Ballathie is that it has large windows and lots of natural light  – makes a photographers job easy. I chose not to stay for dinner as I live so close by so I headed home and downloaded the days photographs before heading back to Ballathie for the dancing.

What a cracking day, thanks Kerry and Tim for trusting me to record your special day – give me a call if you are looking for a perth wedding photographer
